Does Turkish Passport taken by real estate investment expire at any date in future?
Not at all. When you acquire Turkish Citizenship and Turkish Passport by investment , you will have no difference than the other Turkish nationals. Your citizenship will be life time and your descendants will also benefit from it.
The only condition is that you need to keep the property that enables you to become citizen for at least three years. You cannot sell or transfer your property for three years. You can either live in it or rent it out to get extra income if you dont plan to live in Turkey. However you are free to do whatever you want with it after three years.
